About the Presenter, Michelle A. Antonio, MBA’97
Michelle Antonio is a professional career coach who is passionate about leveraging her 16+ years of experience in recruiting, consulting and career management leadership roles to partner with alumni to help them achieve career success through the power of insightful self-assessment, clarifying one’s career goals and creating actionable job search strategies. Michelle graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate business degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.Upon graduation, Michelle spent 4 years at Information Resources, Inc. providing market research and consulting services to consumer packaged goods clients. Michelle went on to earn her MBA with honors in 1997 from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and spent the next 5 years in the consulting industry, working as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, and serving as the Recruiting Director of Deloitte Consulting's Chicago office, where she facilitated hiring decisions on hundreds of MBA student applicants annually.
